It is your responsibility to provide Perfect Potion with yearly copies of your current professional membership renewal receipts to ensure your discount remains active.
- Practitioner Cards are only valid for one year unless this documentation is forthcoming.

You will receive your practitioner discount on presentation of your Practitioner Card at any one of our Perfect Potion stores in Australia or at the Head Office store in Virginia, Brisbane QLD.
